Scheduling

The right schedule can be the difference between a successful production and a 12 hour taped disaster. Unlike most, at FUGO Studios, we believe that proper scheduling is the most glamorous part of any production.

NEVER MISS A DEADLINE…

Scheduling keeps the wheels on the bus, it makes all the hard work of pre-production possible. Properly scheduling a production takes years of mastery, understanding the challenges, and seeing the potential snares ahead of time. Knowing the fundamentals of production is key to building a schedule that works. Beyond knowing what is possible out of a day and your crew, building a schedule can rely on relationships built over years. Having ties to local stages, locations or specialized equipment providers can allow us to flex the scheduling process in ways that others simply can’t.

Coke Bracket Refresh

Coca-Cola & Wendy’s

Prioritizing celebrity talent above all else was essential on the set of the Coca-Cola/Wendy’s Bracket Refresh shoot. The FUGO team scheduled the five spots in order to get through all of David Robinson’s scenes first, working with stand-ins to shoot him out on day one. The remaining reverse shots were filmed on a second day, ensuring that we had Mr. Robinson done on time and got what we needed.

Ready For Anything.

Little Swimmers Playbook

Huggies & Walmart

No one wants to make Michael Phelps wait. Tasked to shoot 2 spots for Walmart, 3 for Huggies, 9 six to ten second social spots, and 3 carousels over two days, we knew the schedule was crucial. It took a main crew, and B-unit crew and a photo crew all working in tandem. Movement from location to location was carefully prepared with advanced teams and not a second was wasted.

Maximize Your Time.
